FAQ

Who designs Syomsz?

Syomsz is designed by Malaysian designer Syomir Izwa in Kuala Lumpur. It is his ready-to-wear label; his couture and made-to-measure label is Syomirizwa Gupta.

What fabrics do you use?

Mainly 100% linen, 100% Tencel and a 60% Tencel / 40% cotton blend, plus cotton in our custom pelikat print. Each product page lists the exact fabric.

Is Syomsz menswear or womenswear?

Most pieces are unisex. Shirts, pants, skirts, wraps and jumpsuits are cut relaxed to suit any body; the Nona kebaya comes in sizes S to XL.

How do I choose my size?

Most clothing comes in S/M and L/XL. Measurements in centimetres are on each product page and in our size guide. Our Qamis and Yukata shirts are intentionally oversized.

How do I care for linen and Tencel?

Follow the care label on each garment. As a general guide, wash gently in cool water, avoid tumble drying, and steam or iron on a low setting. See our care guide.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days in West Malaysia and 5–7 working days in East Malaysia. International delivery times depend on the destination and customs. See our shipping policy.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

Yes, we accept international orders. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items with tags, in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt, in exchange for a store voucher for the full value. See our return policy.
